For decades, we have paid constant attention to our environment. Inseparable from our activity, it is also a legacy for future generations. Our conversion to organic farming in 2017 is a testament to the quality of our cultivation practices. We are multiplying virtuous initiatives and cherishing this abundant Nature.

Made at every stage with the purest respect for Life, our wine sums up and concentrates in each vintage a year of labour, shaped first and foremost by Mother Nature.
RESPECTING THE FRUIT AT EVERY STAGE
The work in the wine cellar begins during the harvest: de-stemming, sorting the berries and placing the harvest in vats.
Fermentation begins.
The wine is matured for 18 to 24 months in amphorae and barrels, and the blends are meticulously crafted to bring out the best in the year's work on the fruit.

THE CHOICE OF AMPHORA
Dating back to ancient times, ageing in amphorae encourages micro-oxygenation of the wine thanks to the porosity of the clay, which helps to structure the wine while allowing the fruit and terroir to fully reveal themselves.
