SCEA La Pigotte, in its capacity as data controller, attaches great importance to protecting and respecting your privacy. The purpose of this policy is to inform you of our practices regarding the collection, use and sharing of information that you may provide to us when visiting the SCEA La Pigotte website (hereinafter the "Website"). The collection of Personal Data as part of the use of our Website does not in any way condition the conclusion of any contract with SCEA La Pigotte.

The Website also offers you the option of receiving newsletters: if you wish to subscribe to this service, we will only collect your professional or personal e-mail address with your consent.

5.2 Managing cookies

6. Retention of Personal Data collected
In the case of persons wishing to fill in the contact form, their Personal Data is kept on an active basis for a period of three (3) years from the last activity of this person on the Website. At the end of this period, this data is deleted. It will therefore be up to the person concerned to fill in a new contact form in order to remain in contact with SCEA La Pigotte.

 

If you wish to subscribe to newsletters from our Site, we keep your personal data, in this case your professional or personal e-mail address, for the duration of your subscription.

On the other hand, audience measurement statistics and raw website traffic data are not kept for more than thirteen (13) months.

However, at the end of these aforementioned periods, including as necessary from the date of a Visitor's request for deletion, his Personal Data may be subject to Intermediate Archiving in order to comply with the Data Controller's legal obligations and/or at the very least during the applicable limitation period (such as the common law limitation period of five (5) years enshrined in Article 2224 of the Civil Code), but also in order to respond to requests following the closure of Visitors' accounts, etc. 

In the event of legal proceedings, including those concerning only the Data Controller and/or SCEA La Pigotte, for example with regard to the authorities, the aforementioned Personal Data as well as any information, documents and papers containing Personal Data intended to establish the facts likely to be reproached or concerning the identification of respondents, victims, witnesses and court officers (name, surname, first names, telephone numbers, e-mail address) may be kept for the duration of the proceedings, including for a period longer than those indicated above.

7. Transfer of Personal Data collected
Personal Data may be shared with companies of SCEA La Pigotte.

The information collected and in particular the Personal Data may be communicated to third parties acting as subcontractors bound by a subcontract with the Data Controller or any other company of SCEA La Pigotte in order to carry out in particular the services relating to the purposes of processing mentioned in point 3 "Purposes of the processing of the Personal Data collected". 

These sub-contractors only act on the instructions of the Data Controller and have limited access to personal data, in the context of the performance of these services and have a contractual obligation to use it in accordance with the provisions of the Applicable Regulations. They are bound by the same security and confidentiality obligations as the Data Controller. 

If required by law, the Data Controller may transmit data in response to claims made against the Website and to comply with administrative and legal proceedings;

If the Data Controller is involved in a reorganisation operation within SCEA La Pigotte, in a merger, acquisition, transfer of assets or insolvency proceedings, it may be required to transfer or share all or part of its assets, including the Personal Data collected within the framework of the Website. In the event that Personal Data is transferred outside SCEA La Pigotte, Visitors will be informed before the Personal Data is transferred to a third party.

Finally, your Personal Data is collected, processed and hosted within the European Union and is not transferred outside the European Union. If we need to transfer your personal data outside the European Union, we will inform you in advance. In this case, we will take the necessary steps to guarantee an adequate level of protection for your personal data in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

8. Implementation of Visitors' rights

Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") and, more specifically, the right to send the Data Controller special instructions concerning the fate of Visitors' Personal Data after their death;

Right to limit Processing;

You may update or delete your Personal Data by sending your request to SCEA La Pigotte, stating your surname, first name and address and enclosing a copy of both sides of your identity card.

The exercise of these rights does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to this exercise.
